Product information "Valetumed Prebiotic Procutis Comp."
Supplementary feed for horses to promote optimal hoof horn quality and regeneration of skin and fur.Ideal for horses that suffer from hypersensitivity to insect bites, knots in the saddle position, mud, allergic itching or wound healing problems.
Valetumed Procutis comp. With its selected active ingredients, it is an optimal bioregulator and a biologically valuable biotin concentrate for therapy-accompanying administration in nutrition-related health disorders of the skin metabolism in horses.
Horses in particular that suffer from hypersensitivity to insect bites, lumps in the saddle position, mud, allergic itching or wound healing problems need nutrients that have a stabilizing function on the skin.
The supplementary food can support the growth and strength of the hooves and promote the suppleness of skin and hair in the event of nutritional deficiencies in biotin and sulfur metabolism. Procutis comp. also contains extremely inulin-rich, fermented Jerusalem artichoke, which can have a positive effect on digestion and thus the utilization of the active ingredients and vital substances it contains. At the same time, this can increase general vitality and strengthen immunity.
Feeding recommendation:
Mix 10 g per 100 kg of body weight into the concentrated feed every day. This supplementary feed should not be given during pregnancy. Preventative feeding should begin 2-3 weeks before the first skin changes are expected to appear and should be maintained throughout the entire critical period. It is easy to administer over a longer period of time or all year round and can be administered daily or every other day, depending on the severity of the changes. An optimal effect on hoof horn quality is achieved when administered for at least 6-12 months. Relevant to doping, 48 hour waiting period.
Composition:
32.80% brewer's yeast, 8.17% chamomile, 8.17% nettle, 3.46% dextrose, 2% Jerusalem artichoke (fermented), 1% linseed oil. The difference to 100% is the proportion of additives in the recipe.
Analytical components:
11.28% crude protein, 2.19% crude fat, 7.79% crude fiber, 28.76% crude ash, 0.36% phosphorus, 2.46% calcium, 0.10% sodium.
