You are already USG-Customer, but you don't have a merchant account for the shop?
To use the new B2B-Shop you need a personal login. Please contact us to get your personal login. You can reach us by e-mail shop@usgshop.de or by phone +49 (0) 6054/90977-0.

You are a retailer and you want to become an USG-Customer?
Please use our contact form or give us a call +49 (0) 6054/90977-0. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

You are USG-Customer and have a Shop-Login, please kindly note the following Notes:

  1. After your activation, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your password and your user name.
  2. For more security it is useful to change the given password after the first login to your personal one.
  3. Please note down any additional, important information in the check-out step 2 in the box additional information. For example: different delivery addresses, urgent delivery, different delivery dates, etc.
  4. You will receive ongoing status notifications after completing the purchase and you will be always informed about the current processing status of your order.

Tip 1: Do you want to order a pack of unit, please put the complete quantity in the shopping cart, for example: riding whip starlet = pack of 10 pieces not 1 PU

Tip 2: Furthermore you can see the availability of each item if you chose the size and you can order products which are currently not on stock. We will send you an order confirmation with expected delivery dates immediately after receiving your order.

Tip 3: Your e-Mail address has been changed? Please contact us by mail shop@usgshop.de to change the e-mail address.
