The Flexi Guard V is our premium protection solution, specially developed to provide optimal safety for riders, especially in cross-country and off-road riding, while offering maximum comfort. Made from durable, washable polyester, it provides a reliable combination of protection and freedom of movement.

A standout feature is the innovative honeycomb protector system with triangular structure, which adapts perfectly to the wearer’s body shape. This ensures not only maximum safety but also exceptional comfort.

The vest meets the strictest safety standards and is certified according to EN 13158-2018 (Level 3) and BETA 2018 (Level 3) – making it ideal for a wide range of riding activities, particularly in the field.

The AIXPLORER Softshell sets new standards in riding safety and comfort. Its elegant softshell design combined with state-of-the-art airbag technology provides reliable protection while maintaining a stylish appearance.

Stylish look and perfect fit:
The high-quality softshell material gives the vest a smooth, elegant appearance and adapts perfectly to the body shape, ensuring maximum freedom of movement. The finely woven, stretchy fabric creates a flawless surface and a comfortable fit, even during long sessions.

Enhanced safety with High Neck Protection:
The proven airbag system, equipped with a high-quality stainless steel activator, is triggered in the event of a fall by pulling the connection cord. The airbag deploys around the upper body and also provides extended neck protection to help prevent the head from snapping back. The extremely tear-resistant airbag reliably protects the entire spine and back, while the ribs are effectively shielded at the front.

Patented EquiAirbag® technology:
The trigger strap is simply attached to the saddle. In the event of a fall, the integrated 45 g CO₂ cartridge inflates the airbag in just 80–85 milliseconds. After deployment, the air escapes in a controlled manner within approximately 15–20 seconds to relieve pressure.

Technical notes:
The vest is delivered ready to use, including an installed CO₂ cartridge and necessary tools. Cartridge replacement is quick and easy – suitable refill cartridges (Art. 1315 0006) are available separately. Additional accessories such as Smart Connection for the USG D-Ring, extension piece, and USG Y-Bridge for the trigger strap can be purchased separately.
