Inflator for AIXPLORER Digital
After the AIXPLORER Digital has been deployed, the inflator must be replaced with a new one. The inflator is intended exclusively for use with the AIXPLORER Digital.
Instructions for installing and removing the inflator can be found on our website in the Videos section. The corresponding QR code is also included in the user manual for your AIXPLORER Digital.
Important: Never attempt to unscrew or disassemble the inflator. It must always remain as a sealed unit.
Please check the weight of the inflator regularly. Without the black protective cap, it should weigh approximately 220 g (± 3 g).
After prolonged exposure to high temperatures, the inflator should be weighed again. An empty inflator without the black protective cap weighs approximately 182 g (± 3 g).
Never use an empty inflator in the system. If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact our customer service team.
The manufacturer of the CO2 cartridges specifies a service life of 5 years for the inflator from the date of manufacture. If your inflator has exceeded this period, please contact our customer service team. We will replace the inflator free of charge. The date of manufacture is printed on the cylinder label.
Please return your empty cartridges for recycling. This helps us reintroduce recycled cartridges into circulation, making them available for purchase again.
