The FUN safety stirrup by RID'UP is a great addition for more safety in equestrian sports. Unlike other safety stirrups, the RID'UP FUN is a closed stirrup that releases from the stirrup leathers in the event of a fall thanks to an articulated clip. This has several significant advantages: As the stirrup comes off completely, the risk of the rider's foot getting wedged in the stirrup is reduced, drastically reducing the risk of injury to the rider's foot and joint. Being pulled along by the horse and the associated serious risk of injury are also minimized. In addition, the risk of a stirrup breaking, which unfortunately can happen with open stirrups, is reduced. This in particular poses an enormous risk of injury when jumping.

Another special feature of this product is that the stirrup is suspended rotated by 90°. This automatically results in a natural positioning of the foot and the stirrup leathers lie flat on the saddle flap. The resulting advantages are clear: a steady, naturally aligned rider's foot provides more overall stability in the rider's posture and can thus contribute to an improvement in overall performance.
