The AIXPLORER Softshell airbag vest by USG sets new standards in riding safety and wearing comfort. Cutting-edge airbag technology meets an elegant softshell design, providing optimal protection combined with a stylish appearance.

Stylish Appearance:
The high-quality softshell material gives the vest a smooth, refined look. Thanks to its excellent adaptation to the body shape, it offers maximum freedom of movement. The elastic, finely woven fabric ensures a flawless surface and a comfortable fit – even during prolonged use.

Enhanced safety with High Neck Protection:
The proven airbag system with a high-quality stainless steel activator is triggered in the event of a fall by pulling the connecting cord. The airbag deploys not only around the upper body but also provides extended neck protection to prevent backward head movement.The extremely tear-resistant airbag reliably protects the entire back, including the spine, while the rib area is also effectively secured at the front.

Easy Handling and High Wearing Comfort:
The black AIXPLORER Softshell airbag vest can be put on and taken off quickly and easily. Stretchy mesh inserts on the sides ensure pleasant ventilation. The high-tech inner lining provides optimal air circulation and fast drying – ideal even during intensive training sessions.

Proven, patented EquiAirbag® technology
The trigger strap is easily attached to the saddle. In the event of a fall, the integrated 45 g CO₂ cartridge activates the airbag, which fully inflates within just 80–85 milliseconds. After deployment, the air is released in a controlled manner within approximately 15–20 seconds to reduce pressure.

Technical Notes:
The vest is delivered ready for use and already includes an installed CO₂ cartridge as well as the required tool. Replacing the cartridge is quick and easy (Art. 1315 0006) using the supplied tool makes the vest a reusable product that supports riders safely and reliably throughout everyday riding for a long time. Additional accessories, such as the Smart Connection for the USG-D-ring, extension piece, and USG-Y-bridge for the trigger strap, can be purchased separately.
