Competition jacket
The AIXPLORER competition jacket with integrated airbag waistcoat from USG is what many riders have been waiting for:
A discreet airbag for more safety, which is not bulky and still allows optimum freedom of movement, is integrated into the jacket with a zip and button. The competition jacket is characterised by a 4-in-1 solution that enables optimum adaptation to the individual needs of the wearer.  The airbag waistcoat can be worn in combination both under and over the jacket or just as an airbag waistcoat. The competition jacket also cuts a fine figure without the integrated airbag.
The perfect ‘all-in-one’ product
Airbag:
The black integrated airbag waistcoat protects the upper body (cervical spine, chest, abdomen and back) from impacts thanks to the proven and patented EquiAirbag®️ technology. As with the other AIXPLORER models, the airbag deployment strap is simply clipped to the saddle. In the event of a fall, the integrated 45 g CO2 cartridge is triggered and the airbag inflates within a very short time - super fast, of course! As soon as it is inflated, the air escapes very quickly after the fall (approx. 15-20 seconds) to release the pressure.
With the refill cartridges (Art. 1315 0006) and the tool supplied, a new cartridge can easily be inserted even by non-professionals. Please read the instructions for use before use.
This makes the waistcoat a reusable product that will accompany you for a long time - and above all safely - through your everyday riding.

Competition jacket
The competition jacket is equipped with sufficient elastane to ensure easy deployment of the airbag waistcoat inside. The use of flexible materials ensures that the jacket returns to its original shape after the airbag is deployed.
The competition jacket is supplied ready for use with a CO2 cartridge already installed and the associated tools.
